Some nights remind you just how lucky we are to call Minneapolis home. ❤️
We Love Our City wasn’t just a beautiful event. It was a celebration of the people and organizations quietly doing the hard work of making our community stronger every single day. It was inspiring to see so much love poured into nonprofits that truly deserve more recognition and support.
A city isn’t just its skyline or its neighborhoods. It’s the people who show up for each other. This night was a beautiful reminder of exactly that, and I think everyone left feeling incredibly grateful to be part of a community that cares so deeply. ✨

Here are the amazing nonprofits that were the focus of the evening:

@hennepinhc - Hennepin Healthcare provides exceptional care to everyone who walks through its doors while serving as a vital safety net and teaching hospital for our community.

@peopleservingpeople - People Serving People helps families experiencing homelessness find stability by providing shelter, support, and the resources they need to build brighter futures.

@ppltwincities - Project for Pride in Living helps people build brighter futures through affordable housing, career training, and support that creates lasting opportunities for individuals and families.

@thesannehfoundation - The Sanneh Foundation empowers young people and strengthens communities through education, mentorship, and sports, creating opportunities for every child to thrive.

Minneapolis is celebrating Aquatennial Week! Known as the "10 Best Days of Summer," Aquatennial has been bringing our city together since 1940 through community celebrations, traditions, and community centered events.

With nearly 70 events bringing the community together, we're proud to serve as the backdrop for one of Aquatennial's signature traditions: the Commodore Dinner.

Hosted by the Aquatennial Ambassador Organization, this special evening celebrates leadership, service, and the communities that make Minnesota shine.
