Your rental includes both the indoor and outdoor areas of our main rooftop—an elevated setting perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and evening happy hours.

Just around the corner is Solus, a private rooftop retreat designed for wellness and relaxation. Ideal for bachelorette parties, birthdays, or bridal suites, Solus features an indoor sauna, outdoor hot tub, firepit lounge, two private bathrooms, and full Bluetooth connectivity for a personalized atmosphere.

FIRST LEVEL: PRE-FUNCTION
Step into our Pre‑Function Hallway, the flexible heart of our venue, designed to adapt beautifully to any event style.

PARK AVENUE ROOM
Our largest space—over 5,000 sq. ft. with a capacity of 357—perfect for receptions, galas, or company-wide meetings.

WASHINGTON ROOM
An additional 1,200 sq. ft. ideal for breakout sessions, bar setups, or smaller gatherings.

LOWER LEVEL: SPEAKEASY
Tucked away on our lower level, the Speakeasy offers a private, 400‑square‑foot hideaway perfect for event planners, a groom’s suite, or anyone needing a quiet hub on the big day. Versatile, and conveniently secluded, it’s the ideal backstage space to keep your event running seamlessly.
